Good Afternoon Presidents, Secretaries, and Service Chairs: During the Governor's Club visits and as part of my presentation at the first Zone meetings we mentioned that we will be having a District Service Project this fall supporting Dell Children's Hospital Children's Cancer patient needs.
We now have details to provide to you.
Attached is a list of possible donation items that individuals or clubs can provide. Please note that gift cards are very useful.
Items can be brought to the Cabinet meeting on October 21 in Liberty Hill, to your second Zone meeting, I will work with your Zone chairs, or you can notify me that you have items and I will arrange for their pickup.
Items will be delivered to Dell on December 7.
